Why no smoking on the Temple grounds or in the garden?

By not smoking in the garden you are helping us stop the spread of tobacco mosaic virus that can be very damaging to our plants. Please wash your hands before entering the garden to stop this contamination.

Our garden grows fresh produce that is eaten by the Temple goers and community. Dogs can carry diseases and disturb the garden beds. Currently, it is against health code to have dogs where food is being grown for public consumption.

We have created pathways for visitors to safely move around the garden. Stepping into the garden beds compacts the soil for the plants roots to grow strong. Please protect their growth by staying on the designed pathways.
